About the Role
As the Area Manager, you'll oversee up to eight stores across Sydney, ensuring each location thrives both in sales and customer experience. Reporting to the National Retail Manager,you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, mentoring teams, and upholding the unique essence of Tree of Life.
What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire & develop Store Managers and their teams.
- Drive sales & exceed targets through coaching and strategic planning.
- Implement top-tier customer service standards and enhance the in-store experience.
- Analyse KPIs & performance metrics to boost sales and profitability.
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence, ensuring stores reflect our brand vision.
- Oversee stock management to maximise sales opportunities.
- Recruit & onboard passionate team members who embody our brand.
Who You Are
We're looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for retail, fashion, and people. If you can confidently answer YES to the following, we'd love to hear from you
- Do you have 2+ years of experience in Area, Regional, or Cluster Management?
- Can you motivate & lead teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences?
- Are you skilled in sales coaching and KPI management?
- Can you create and maintain beautiful store environments while upholding merchandising standards?
- Are you a strong communicator who thrives in training, coaching, and mentoring?
- Do you excel at time management while overseeing multiple locations?
- Are you passionate about fashion, self-expression, and community?
