Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Physiotherapist, based in Melbourne, VIC, with the opportunity to work partly from home. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing tailored treatment plans for clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapeutic interventions, managing client rehabilitation programs, and educating clients on injury prevention and health maintenance. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and reporting on client progress are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in physiotherapy practices including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and engage with clients and their families.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to promoting health, well-being, and inclusivity in a diverse community setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience in supporting clients with disabilities, injuries, or chronic conditions is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and/or experience working with culturally diverse communities is a strong advantage.
