360 Personnel are currently seeking experienced Painter Blasters to join our team based in Port Botany, NSW. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious tradesperson looking for steady work with an established industrial services company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface preparation including abrasive blasting and cleaning
  • Application of industrial coatings to various surfaces and structures
  • Mixing and applying paints according to specifications
  • Inspecting finished work for quality and thickness
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
  • Adhering to all WHS and site safety requirements

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Painter Blaster in industrial or marine environments
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Confined Space and/or Working at Heights tickets (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable transport and punctual work ethic
