At Oliver's Real Food, we're flipping the fast-food game on its head. We believe healthy, wholesome food (and a great flat white) should be easy, fast and full of goodness. Think fresh ingredients, organic coffee, and a whole lot of heart. That's what we serve every day, with a smile.

Now we're on the lookout for Café All-Rounders who love good food and coffee, love connecting with customer, and enjoy a fun team environment. If you're passionate about these things and will thrive in a buzzy café environment, we'd love to welcome you into our team.

Apply if you have:

  • Flexible availability including weekends, early starts (6am), and varying shift lengths
  • Know your way around with hygiene and food safety
  • Experience as a Barista and a love for crafting great coffee (You know your oat from your almond)
  • Previous hospitality, cafe and/or retail experience (6+ months preferred) with customer service focus
  • Most importantly: a positive attitude and a genuine love for real food

Some things you need to know…

  • Our trading hours are 6am to 7pm, open 7 days a week.
  • The more flexible you are the better Our hours are flexible too.
