Mestizo Bar & Latin Cuisine is bringing vibrant Latin flavours and warm hospitality to the heart of Glebe. We're looking for enthusiastic junior wait staff to join our team — no extensive experience needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn

If you're friendly, reliable, and excited to work in a fast-paced café and restaurant environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Taking orders and serving food & drinks
  • Assisting with table setup and clearing
  • Supporting senior staff during busy service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Providing a positive and welcoming experience for customers

Experience & Skills:

  • Some customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and stay calm under pressure
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
  • RSA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
