Housekeeping Supervisor – Part Time (76 hours per fortnight)

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort. You'll lead and support the housekeeping team, fostering collaboration and professional growth, while maintaining Crown Hotels' service standards. This role involves coordinating housekeeping operations, inspecting rooms and service areas, and working closely with other hotel departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You'll report to the Assistant Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper and be responsible for guiding Room Attendants and ensuring all assigned areas meet our high standards.

This is a part-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous hotel operational experience in a supervisory or higher duties capacity (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Room Attendant
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work up to 76 hours per fortnight
