About the Lead Speech Pathologist

You'll be supported by a compassionate Lead SP with strong experience across
speech, language, AAC, dysphagia, pragmatic, and cognitive communication
.

Known for personalised, evidence-based care and a passion for complex cases, they work closely with families and care networks to build
confidence, dignity, and independence
for every client.

New Graduate Support Program
Tailored for new grads and early career clinicians, you'll have:

  • Structured onboarding and shadowing
  • Weekly 1:1 mentoring with the Lead SP
  • Internal PD calendar + paid external PD
  • Supportive caseload designed for your growth
  • Clear career pathways aligned with your interests
  • Gradual Caseload Build up

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy across home, school, clinic, and community
  • Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans with clients and families
  • Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration (or eligibility)
  • Driver's licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
  • A commitment to client-centred care and best practice therapy
