Our Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and caring Dental Assistant to join our established team at nib Pacific Smiles Glendale in a full-time, permanent position.

Our modern 9-chair dental centre delivers a wide range of treatments in a friendly, community-focused environment. You'll be part of a close-knit team that values teamwork, consistency, and excellent patient care — the kind of place where people know each other by name.

Full-time, permanent role — Monday to Friday, standard shift hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)
Hands-on, fast-paced environment with strong clinical support
Convenient Glendale location with free parking and nearby public transport

Your Skills and Attributes

You're dependable, people-focused, and take pride in your work. You'll bring:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder (chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception)

  • Understanding of infection control and sterilisation protocols

  • A caring, team-oriented approach to patient care

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude

Additional Information

This position is suited to a standard DA all-rounder who's comfortable working across all areas of the practice. Consistent weekday hours make it ideal for someone seeking stability, routine, and a strong sense of team belonging.
