The Role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will:

  • Work on a variety of projects under the guidance of Senior Engineers.
  • Have a high degree of autonomy, with remote working as the norm.
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design systems that cover the full spectrum of software, hardware, networks, and storage.
  • Write and extend code from fluid, ambiguous requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out and maintain solutions.
Required Skills

  • Experience or exposure to any of the following programming languages:

  • Java

  • Python
  • TypeScript/JavaScript
  • C#
  • Familiarity with modern version control systems.
Desirable Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with Linux CLI.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience in full-stack development and RESTful services.
  • Understanding of scalable, high-availability systems.
  • DevOps mindset and experience automating tasks.
