We're looking for an Intake Officer to play a vital role in supporting aged and disability clients to live well, with dignity, independence and community connection.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Intake Officer, you will:
- Manage day-to-day referral and intake process
- Respond to incoming referrals and initiate contact with clients/and or carers
- Registering clients in our client management system
- Providing exceptional customer service to external customers
- Liaising with relevant internal staff regarding acceptance, allocation, transition and exits.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism
- Organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to deal with multiple priorities
- Interpersonal skills that enable strong relationships to be built with stakeholders
- Strong computer literacy
- Self-motivated and outcome orientated
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Previous experience in administration
