About the role:

As a Clerical Reliever at St Andrew's, you'll be part of a supportive team providing front-line administrative and customer service support across the hospital. This casual role is perfect for someone eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain exposure to different areas of healthcare operations.

You'll be responsible for helping ensure our patients, visitors, and staff receive prompt, courteous and efficient service. In return, you'll enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to grow within a leading not-for-profit hospital that values teamwork and excellence.

You are a reliable and professional individual with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Known for your adaptability and calm approach under pressure, you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same.

You will also bring:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative environment (highly desirable)
• Strong customer service focus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer and keyboard skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to work across a 7-day roster
• Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, WHS, and EEO requirements
