Responsibilities:

  • Experienced cafe all rounder
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the cafe.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and busy periods.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
  • Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $24.95 to 28.00 per hour
