Construction Supervisor

Mackay, Queensland, Australia Gravity Resources Full time

We are currently looking for a Construction Supervisor to join a market leading infrastructure company. This is an initial 8 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Main duties:

· Supervise 2-storey modular residential developments from site establishment through to handover

· Oversee civil works, including earthworks, drainage, sewer, and electrical services

· Coordinate all on-site trades and subcontractors

· Manage modular installation and offsite-built component integration

· Ensure site safety, quality, and compliance with project standards

· Liaise with developers, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders

· Provide leadership to site teams and maintain clear communication across the project

· Travel to other QLD project sites as required

Required skillset:

· years' experience supervising residential or medium-density construction

· Proven experience in modular/offsite construction, including 2-storey installations

· Strong civil works background (earthworks, drainage, sewer, electrical)

· QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred

· Relevant trade qualification or building background advantageous

· Proficiency with Aconex, MS Project, and construction management software

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a site-based, outdoor environment
