  • You have at least 2 years of management experience in hospitality or in a high-volume retail environment

  • You have strong analytical/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
  • Passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
  • You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
  • Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant.
