We began in the Great Southern Region of Western Australia as an Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal labour hire, recruitment, and contract services provider. Building on this success, we have expanded across Perth, delivering the Workforce Australia contract across the Perth North Region.

The Role

Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to start your career in employment services, we want to hear from you Join our passionate team at our Midland Office as a Skills Development Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping futures.

As a Skills Development Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind helping participants develop the skills they need to become work ready. Working as part of our dynamic team, you'll manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support as they overcome barriers and progress towards employment. Your passion for empowering people will help connect them with activities and training that boost their confidence and skillset.

You will

• Adhere to Workforce Australia and company guidelines by completing accurate and timely documentation, including all compliance reports.
• Manage a caseload of participants, providing support, guidance, and direction to develop skills to be ready for work.
• Monitor participants' attendance, participation in activities, and progress towards overcoming vocational and non-vocational barriers.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to effectively refer participants to activities and training that develops skills and work readiness.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, helping whenever necessary, and perform other relevant duties to support the team.

• Are you friendly, positive, and professional in client and staff interactions?
• Are you able to work as part of a team, have strong administrative and communication skills?
• Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
• Are you excellent in organisational, time management and administration?
• Are you proficient in MS Office including excel and word?
• Do you have cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds?
