TML Transport Pty Ltd is a large family owned and operated company delivering general freight Australia wide. We have depots across Australia and cater to leading Australian and international companies. We are looking for someone to support the business in a Night Shift scheduling/coordinator role based at our Two Wells depot.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking an individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. Our goal is to consistently provide our drivers and clients with the best service possible

Job description:

  • Oversee all fleet operations inbound and outbound
  • Monitor technology including GPS and PDA systems
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including work health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate reports of activities, delays and incidents

Skills:

Experience in fleet coordination within the transport and logistics sector

  • Calm and confident under pressure with excellent organisational skills
  • Eager to grow and improve the business
  • Outstanding customer service skills and attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy using MS Office, Outlook and Excel
