About The Client
Our client is a leading civil engineering company in WA, with a strong reputation in civil construction and mining services. They invest in their people, provide excellent training, and actively promote career progression from within.

About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a Site Supervisor to support the planning and execution of civil construction and mining services projects. This role involves hands-on project support, site inspections, and liaising with teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects
  • Conduct site inspections and report on project progress, quality, and safety
  • Support project teams with technical advice, documentation, and procurement coordination
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve onsite issues to minimise delays and improve efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Prepare project reports, site diaries, and other documentation as required

Skills And Experience Required

  • Previous exposure to civil construction or mining services highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or nearing completion)
  • WA Drivers Licence (manual)
