We are seeking an exceptional Administration Officer to join our team at Airforce Airconditioning in Bunbury, WA. This role provides critical administrative support to our operations, and is a vital role in our organisation. Basically, you make it move The role can be easily done in school hours, but we are also happy to offer full time if this is what you are seeking. What you'll be doing

  • Administration of all sales, service and installation jobs from sales conversion to end of product life

  • Managing accounts receivable and payable

  • Assisting with reconciling and compliance tasks

  • Scheduling and organising jobs

  • Ordering and receipting goods

What we're looking for is a person with a positive can-do attitude who is keen to get stuck in, takes a pride in their work and make things happen. Ideally you would have:

  • prior experience in a similar role, with bonus points if this is in a trade setting

  • Simpro experience - but we can teach you this

  • Great communication skills

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
