About The Role

This role will work closely with our Director of Property Management and is ideal for someone who is highly organised and has exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Property Management team with the day-to-day operations of the portfolio
• Assist with processing applications, conduct background checks, and the preparation of lease agreements
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Managing maintenance and coordinating outsourced routine inspections
• Processing lease renewals and rent reviews
• Create rental property advertisements, including copywriting, coordinating photography, and preparing marketing materials
• Handle administrative tasks, such as electronic filing, data entry, and assisting with the preparation of leasing and management paperwork
• Input and manage invoices in the system
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing outstanding service

About You

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• A current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Real Estate Registration
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Initiative and drive
