Forklift Driver - Counterbalance

About the role:

An excellent opportunity currently exists for a Forklift driver  -Counterbalance to join the production team at Wyong. The incumbent will be required to work on afternoon shift and flexible to change as business requirements change.

Responsibilities of this position include –

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Operating counterbalance forklift to move products on pallets.
  • Stock take & Stock Replenishment - Assist with the replenishment of stock in pick bays
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Receiving inwards and outwards goods
  • Picking & Packing Orders with RF Scanners
  • Pallet Stacking & Pallet Wrapping
  • Manually lifting to 18kg

To be successful in this position you must possess the following;

  • Must have Forklift license.
  • Must be available Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week minimum
  • Preferred forklift, counterbalance only. They do not need high reach experience.
  • Must be reliable & have a good work ethic
  • Must be 100% committed
  • Must be able to lift between 5kg - 18kg when required
  • Basic knowledge/exposure to RF scanners and basic computer skills
  • Any experience in Similar role will be suitable
  • Available for FT Hours with FT Work rights in Australia
