Casual Beautician and Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a casual Beautician and Administration Assistant who would like to work in a cosmetic surgery & laser clinic.

This position is ideal for a junior who is bubbly, confident and interested in forwarding their career as a beautician and receptionist. As this is a dual role, we are looking for candidates who are very confident on the phone and able to build rapport with customers promptly as well as ones who are looking to forward their career as beauticians.

Applicants must be able to speak fluent English, Chinese or Vietnamese.

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Be confident and comfortable on the phone
  • Hold the ability to take initiative
  • Be well presented, as you are the face of the company
  • Hold strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is ideal however not required
  • Be able to listen to and follow the head surgeon's instructions
  • Be able to multitask.
  • Previous experience as a beautician is preferred

We are currently open in Chatswood and Cabramatta and are looking for candidates who can ideally work in both locations across 4 days (Wednesday - Saturday).
