Location: Oran Park Shopping Centre

We're Hiring Professional Security Officers – Rover Position

Section 4 Services is seeking experienced and reliable Rover Security Officers to join our team at Oran Park Shopping Centre. This role requires active patrolling, strong situational awareness, and a professional approach when dealing with customers, tenants, and incidents onsite.

Role Type

Full-Time Rover | Fixed Rotating Roster

  • Morning Shifts: 06:00 – 18:00
  • Immediate start for the right candidates

What We're Looking For

  • Proven security industry experience (shopping centre experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent written communication for detailed incident reports
  • Confident in using 2-way radios and following protocols
  • Ability to conduct regular foot patrols and respond quickly to situations
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
  • High reliability and punctuality

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current RSA (Not Compulsory)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) (Not Compulsory)
