Our goal is to connect customers with genuine employment opportunities and provide ongoing support to both customers and employers to ensure long-term success.

We're looking for people who bring energy, fairness, and a genuine commitment to supporting others into meaningful work. Experience in employment services or NDIS support work is highly regarded, and qualifications in employment services, career development, or community services are ideal. But if you're new to the field, don't worry — we offer a tailored induction and training program to set you up for success.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Organisation and Planning skills
  • Strong digital literacy skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong administration and attention to detail
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A current driver's licence and the ability to travel within your region
