With a strong footprint across NSW and a reputation built on reliability and expertise, they supply premium roofing materials to a diverse client base of builders, contractors, and developers.

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Internal Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing team based in the Northern Beaches.

Role Description

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is looking for a career, not just a job. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing expert product advice and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Provide accurate advice and information on a wide range of roofing products and services

  • Process quotes and orders promptly using internal systems

  • Liaise with suppliers and warehouse staff to coordinate stock and delivery timelines

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, builders, and contractors

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs

  • Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Actively contribute to a positive and proactive team culture

Salary and Benefits

Base $65k - $80k + Super 11.5%
