Shapeair is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Powder Coater. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a powder coating moving line, with a solid understanding of powder coating techniques and processes for a range of manufactured products.

Candidates without experience are still encouraged to apply, as full training can be provided.

• Prepare materials and components for powder coating (cleaning, hanging, etc.).
• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply powder coatings to various substrates according to job specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor coating line operations to ensure consistent production flow.
• Inspect coated parts for quality, thickness, and finish consistency.
• Assist with loading and unloading parts on the production line.
• Maintain and clean powder coating equipment and work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any equipment issues or production delays to the supervisor.

• Preferred: Experience on a powder coating line or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
