Bella's Wonderland is seeking a receptionist who can bring a touch of magic to our enchanting establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a delightful experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Support the team in special projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of Bella's Wonderland.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and adults.
  • A cheerful and bubbly personality, with the ability to create a welcoming and magical experience for our visitors.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Must be available weekends.
