About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join the dynamic team at Reward Hospitality in Yatala, Queensland. As the Finance Analyst - Supply Chain, you will play a key role in providing strategic financial analysis and reporting to support the company's operations and growth objectives. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to support the supply chain function
- Monitor and analyse various supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets and variance analysis for senior management
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommend data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal financial policies
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance analyst or business partnering role, preferably within the hospitality or supply chain industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Proficiency in using financial reporting and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrable understanding of supply chain finance principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
