About This Opportunity
We are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced professional who has knowledge and experience in governance or, a suitably qualified person who wishes to develop their knowledge of governance. The role will be part of the Board of Kingston Neighbourhood House and, potentially, the person will also be a member of one of our subcommittees. The role contributes to the governance of KNH through attendance and contribution at monthly Board meetings and working with subcommittees in your area of interest. An understanding of, and commitment to, governance practices and how they support operational priorities is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • National Police Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People Check

Additional Requirements
We are seeking a person with demonstrated skills and knowledge in governance or someone with appropriate skills wishing to develop governance understanding. All volunteers require a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check, the costs of which are covered by KNH.
