• Menu Creation: Developing and implementing menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
• Cooking and Preparation: Preparing a variety of dishes using different cooking techniques, ensuring proper seasoning and presentation.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of food served.

. Ingredient Quality: Ensuring the quality of ingredients, monitoring stock levels, and ordering supplies in a timely manner.

• Food Presentation: Ensuring dishes are visually appealing and presented in a way that enhances the dining experience.
• Kitchen Organization: Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Staff Supervision: Supervising and training kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders to avoid shortages or spoilage.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that kitchen equipment is in good working order and maintained properly.
• Time Management: Managing time effectively to ensure meals are prepared and served on time, especially during busy periods.
• Cost Control: Monitoring food costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring profitability.
