Our client, part of a respected national network of accounting firms, has two offices on the Gold Coast and is known for its relaxed, professional, and supportive environment. Due to the recent merger of two firms, they now require the services of a Supervisor to help lead their growing client advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax accounting professional to step into a leadership role managing a portfolio of clients with turnovers between $5 million and $20+ million.
You will lead a team of around 12 accounting professionals across remote, hybrid and in-person schedules, ensuring quality control and excellence in client deliverables. You'll also work closely with Partners in-office, mentor staff and streamline processes.
The role offers genuine flexibility, with the ability to work some days from home and from both North and South Gold Coast offices. You'll initially work on-site to get to know the systems, team and workflow, then move into hybrid working conditions with flexible hours, supporting both productivity and work-life balance.
To be considered, you'll need at least 7 years of Australian tax and business advisory experience at a senior level, a strong client service mindset.
