About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team at Lancaster & Co' in Ascot Brisbane. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments and personalised customer service to our upmarket clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and a flair for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a wide range of beauty treatments including relaxation & clinical facials, lash lifts, manicures, pedicures, gel-nails, waxing, IPL & massage.

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience

  • Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms

  • Advising clients on the best products and treatments for their individual needs

  • Contributing to the overall success of the salon through teamwork and a positive attitude

What we're looking for

  • Diploma qualified Beauty Therapist

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a relaxing and indulgent experience for clients

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • A friendly, positive and team-oriented attitude
