Exciting Opportunity: Site Administrator at AECI
Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for operational excellence?
AECI is seeking a Site Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our on-site mining operations staff. Reporting to the Area Operations Superintendent, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is committed to ensuring smooth and efficient site operations. Based on-site at Rolleston Mine in Central Queensland, the role offers camp accommodation Monday - Friday, with DIDO or BIBO transport options available locally. The camp provides excellent facilities to support accommodation during the week. The roster could also include a late start on Monday and an early finish on Friday to accommodate travel time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Tracking & Reporting: Capture and maintain plant production data, including MPU and reload production movements, and compile daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and customer use.
- Procurement Support: Raise Purchase Requisitions, issue Purchase Orders and ensure supplier forms are complete and accurate.
- Training & Onboarding: Oversee the Training Matrix, coordinate site inductions and assist with the onboarding process and requirements for new employees.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage document preparation, formatting, and filing, while also supporting ad-hoc tasks such as month-end reporting and office coordination.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the purchase and maintenance of essential supplies, PPE, and consumables to keep the site fully stocked.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, with a focus on supporting operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. Experience with ERP or procurement systems is a bonus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong ability to manage and maintain confidential information.
