As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be a key creative, championing brand development and ensuring cohesive execution across print and digital. Collaborating with the Creative Director and design team, you'll bring bold ideas to life. We're looking for a heavyweight with big ideas and an eye for detail, so if you're ready to push boundaries and drive impact, we want you on our team

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Impactful Design Solutions:Develop innovative design strategies that address complex commercial challenges and meet large-scale client briefs effectively.
  • Craft Brand Identity Designs:Create compelling visual identities that not only resonate with target audiences but also align with overarching business objectives.
  • Design Digital Experiences:Ensure a cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints, focusing on web design, UX/UI, and broad digital engagement strategies.
  • Shape Physical Experiences:Maintain brand consistency across all print materials and physical touchpoints, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Produce Motion Graphics:Utilise animation techniques to bring concepts to life, creating engaging and dynamic visual narratives that capture audience attention.
  • Implement Design Quality Control:Establish and uphold rigorous quality standards for all design outputs, ensuring excellence and consistency in every deliverable.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
  • 2–3 yrs design agency experience
  • Brand identity and large-scale creative solution experience
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring excellence in every deliverable
  • Strategic mindset with a commercial approach to tasks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • UX/UI experience for scalable web design a plus
  • Motion graphics and illustration skills are a plus
