About the role

Embrey Attachments is seeking a skilled Welder Boilermaker to join our team in Pakenham, Victoria. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of our high-quality attachments and equipment.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing welding and fabrication tasks to the highest standards, ensuring the quality and durability of our products
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to accurately fabricate components
  • Operating a variety of welding equipment, including MIG, stick welders, to produce high-quality welds
  • Assisting with the assembly and final testing of attachments and equipment
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in welding and fabrication, such as a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent
  • Extensive experience as a Welder Boilermaker, with demonstrated expertise in MIG welding techniques
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely, both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
