About the role

Jim's Cleaning St Lucia is seeking enthusiastic Casual/Fulltime Cleaners to join our team in Brisbane QLD 4000. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. This is a casual or full-time role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly cleaning residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presenting a professional appearance
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the management team
  • Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client requests in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role, preferably in the Cleaning Services industry however not mandatory
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Own license and transportation to get to job sites
  • Eligible to work in Australia with all valid work visas accepted
