We're looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our food truck team. You'll assist with food prep, cooking support, cleaning, and keeping the truck running smoothly during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation (cutting, assembling, plating, etc.)
  • Support the cook during busy service periods
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
  • Help with setup and pack-down of the truck at events
  • Handle basic tasks like restocking, dishwashing, and wiping surfaces
  • Provide friendly service to customers when needed

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and neat presentation
  • Food handling experience is an advantage but not required
  • Must be available for weekend and evening shifts
