As our National Lead Sonographer, you'll step into a role that is both hands-on and strategic, helping to build a culture of clinical excellence across the nation.

What You'll Do

· Provide clinical expertise across a broad spectrum of sonography services.

· Lead by example, conducting high-quality examinations and supporting complex cases.

· Upskill and mentor sonographers and ultrasound trainees, ensuring the highest standards are met across all sites.

· Drive image quality through audits, in-service training, and one-on-one coaching.

· Play a key role in quality assurance and digital worksheet and reporting optimisation.

· Partner with radiologists and referrers to ensure seamless patient care and diagnostic accuracy.

What We're Looking For

· A registered ASAR-accredited sonographer with a Graduate Diploma or Masters in Medical Sonography.

· A proven track record of clinical expertise and excellence.

· Strong leadership qualities — mentoring, coaching, and driving team performance.

· Experience with implementing and optimising digital systems.

· A collaborative, patient-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a quality ultrasound service.

· Flexibility and willingness to travel to provide support to interstate sites.
