About the role?

• Be the face of wildflower society

• Brand new store location in Blacktown, NSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train barista staff.
• Maintain high standards in coffee preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
• Manage inventory and ordering of coffee supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.

Skills + Experience:

• minimum of 5 years of coffee experience.
• Ability to maintain consistency in coffee preparation and uphold quality standards under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflows and manage a diverse team effectively.
