Nobul Civil is seeking experienced and safety focused Excavator Operators to join our team on a range of civil construction & subdivision projects spanning the Moreton bay Region. 

About the Role: 

As an excavator operator with Nobul, you will be responsible for completing a variety of excavation and earthmoving tasks on site, supporting drainage crews, trenching, detailed excavations and general civil operating works. You will work closely with project teams, supervisors, labourers and other mobile plant operators to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operating excavators for bulk and detailed earthworks, trenching, backfilling, boxing out, and site preparation.
  • Assisting drainage crews. Benching, boxing out & trimming.
  • Detailed excavation works around services, pits, and tight access areas with precision. GPS Final Trim (Highly Regarded).
  • Bulking out, loading trucks and stockpiling.
  • Conducting daily pre-starts & routine maintenance.
  • Working safely around ground crews, labourers and other mobile plant operators on site.
  • Ensuring compliance with all WHS and site safety procedures.

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven on-site experience operating excavators in civil.
  • Valid Excavator ticket/VOC
  • White Card (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of safe operation around ground crews and live services.
  • Ability to read & interpret levels/plans. (Highly Regarding).
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard working.
  • Additional Tickets - Skid steer/Posi-track, Roller, MR/HR, Articulated Haul Truck, Dozer. (Highly Regarded).
