About the Role
Ramsay Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Pharmacist to join our vibrant team at Toowoomba High Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for a switched-on professional to step into a well-supported, community-focused environment.

Key Details:

• Location: High Street, Toowoomba (just 5 mins from the CBD)
• Roster: Monday–Wednesday (10am–6pm) alternating Fridays
• Contract: Initial 6-month term, with the possibility of permanent full-time based on performance
• Team: Work alongside a second pharmacist and a team of enthusiastic pharmacy assistants

What You'll Do

• Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster packing, and Staged Supply (note: no opioid replacement therapy)
• Deliver expert patient counselling and dispensing services
• Collaborate with and support team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-centric environment
• Help drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service

What You'll Bring

• A passion for community pharmacy and patient care
• Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high-quality services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in:
  • Prescription dispensing
  • Patient counselling
  • Vaccination administration
  • Unit dose packaging

Mandatory Requirements

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A current national police check (issued within the last 12 months)
