• Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing maintenance teams
• Strong understanding of maintenance work systems, execution, and planning
• Experience managing large-scale maintenance operations, contractor management, and P&L accountability
• SAP experience in planned maintenance and sustaining capital

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or business
