  • Located in Laverton, North VIC (Western Suburbs).
  • Day & Afternoon Shift Available (Monday - Friday).
  • Competitive pay rate.

About your new role / Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inbound and outbound requirements.
  • Identify and address challenges (orders, pallets etc) ensuring the processes can be followed and tasks completed, escalating to the dispatch supervisor.
  • Adjust and short ship orders as required in SAP and report all variations, or request credits and invoices.
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Use of SAP.
  • Administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous dispatch/logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • SAP experience is beneficial.
  • Be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
