Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated 2nd or 3rd year pastry apprentices to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and work alongside experienced pastry chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and baked goods
• Learn and apply advanced pastry techniques under supervision
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist in daily bakery operations as required

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year pastry apprentice
• Passion for pastry and baking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to learning
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
