Community Support Workers – SIL / SDA Accommodation (North of the River, Perth)

We are currently seeking female Support Workers for positions across various locations in Perth.

Key Requirements:

  • Female applicants only
  • Fluent English with clear and confident communication, as requested by clients
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Confident driver, able to transport clients to appointments as required
  • Flexible availability – shifts may vary across weekdays and weekends, including mornings, evenings, and nights

Role Responsibilities:

You will assist NDIS clients with daily living tasks, including:

Community support and care (personal care, medication assistance, domestic support)

Social engagement (appointments, outings, transport)

Meal preparation and mealtime interaction

Support in the community and in SDA / Supported Independent Living homes

Assistance with personal care, activities of daily living, and medication administration

Requirements:

English speaking

Female

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (all 3 doses)

NDIS Worker Clearance (mandatory)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Driver's license & reliable vehicle

Cert III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or similar

NDIS Commission & Safeguard Certificates (4 online modules)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Commitment to person-centered care

Preferred (not essential): Influenza vaccination
