The Person
- Assisting the Manager with everyday tasks
- Experience in retail and large volume function catering
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues
- Strong communication with client, staff and customers
- Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
- Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor license
The Position
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
- Hours are mainly Tuesday to Saturday during the school term
- Plan and organise events
- Manage labour and food costs
- Lead and manage staff members
- Maintain client and customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative duties
