Summary Of The Role
Every day, Mammoet's global fleet of SPMTs (Self-Propelled Modular Transporters) enables some of the world's most high-profile engineering projects to move forward. As an SPMT Operator based out of our Australian Brisbane Depot, you'll play a key role in bringing these projects to life. Working with the industry's largest fleet, you'll help ensure our solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our customers.

In this hands-on role, you'll support our day-to-day operations by engaging in frequent national travel to meet project needs all accross Australia. Between peak project periods, you'll work at the Depot on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime available.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating, assembling, disassembling, setting & configuring SPMT's & auxiliary equipment
  • Transporting loads using our jacking and skating systems & SPMT's
  • Performing minor routine maintenance & repairs
  • Assisting crane crews when required

What You'll Need

  • Valid driver's license - Essential (Obtainable in Australia)
  • Construction White Card - Essential (Obtainable in Australia)
  • SPMT experience - Essential
  • Heavy Haulage experience - Desirable
  • Riggers ticket & HC License - Desirable
  • Experience with Jacking and Skidding - Desirable
  • Strand Jack Experience - Desirable
