About the Role

We are seeking a casual Factory Assistant / General Hand to join our team at Aflex Pty Ltd in Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting our production operations and helping to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing facility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with various factory tasks including receiving, packing, dispatching, cutting and rolling sheet metal, and other general workshop duties
  • Supporting production workers by setting up workstations and equipment
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Performing basic housekeeping and general factory maintenance
  • Undertaking other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the workshop
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Reliable transport to travel to our Mount Kuring-Gai location
  • Willingness to complete mandatory safety inductions and training
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential
