About the Role

Hair Colosseum is seeking experienced Hairstylists, both seniors and juniors, to join our team in our opening soon store at Baulkham Hills Shopping Mall. This is a full-time & part time positions where you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our valued clients. As a member of our talented team, you will play a key role in delivering our signature salon experience and contributing to the continued growth and success of Hair Colosseum.

What you'll be Doing

  1. Providing high-quality haircuts, styling, colouring, and other hair services to clients
  2. Ensuring exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
  3. Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
  4. Collaborating with the salon team to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
  5. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience as a Hairstylist, with a strong portfolio of work
  2. Excellent technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair
  3. Passion for the latest hair trends and a keen eye for detail
  4. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. Certification in hairdressing or a relevant qualification
