Torquay Tyre & Mechanical are a family-owned and operated tyre and mechanical business seeking an Head Automotive Mechanic to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Running extremely busy workshop and reporting to current Head daily.
  • Diagnostic responsibilities across all vehicle brands/types
  • Quoting and working with customers
  • Conducting vehicle servicing.
  • Minor and Major repairs.
  • Road testing vehicles.
  • Maintaining workshop and safety standards expected by owners and VACC

Qualifications & experience:

  • TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS IMPORTANT ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE

    10+ YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE TRADE
  • HAVE AN AUSTRALIAN QUALIFIED MOTOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE
  • REFERENCES
