The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Autoglaziers (but motivated trainees are also welcome) to join our friendly, professional team at Rydalmere. You'll be part of an experienced team and supported by both a Branch and Regional Operations Manager, backed by a large, stable business.

What You'll Do:

  • Remove, repair, and replace windscreens and automotive glass across prestige, custom, and heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Perform high-quality installations in-branch or on-site for mobile customers.
  • Handle vehicles with care and deliver finished work to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining work and addressing questions.
  • Work safely and efficiently, following company procedures and OH&S guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team, with opportunities to work independently on your own jobs.
